Bruce married Alta Ione Miller 10 Jul 1929 at Bear River City, Box Elder, Utah.  They later divorced.

Bruce and Alta appear in the 1930 Census in Whittier California.  Bruce died at Salmon Arms, British Columbia, Canada.  He was buried 18 Feb 1969 at Lewiston, Nez Perce, Idaho.  Alta Ione Miller is the daughter of George Washington Miller and Alda Lydia Fullmer.  She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Bruce also married Florence Blaisdale who was born in Wyoming.
