This is a summary of the research of Marriner Cardon.  It was originally published in Phoenix, Arizona in 1987.  It was expanded and re-published in 1993. Page numbering continues from document to document and nearly follows the format of the 1993 publication.  

The entire document is reproduced in eight parts on this web page.  The main body of the report retains the author's original title.  The appendices are numbered 1 through 6.  The maps that go with appendix 5 are included just before appendix 6.  File sizes are noted.  Large files may take awhile to download, depending on connection speed.
